Job Overview

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• At least three years of professional experience assisting in coordinating health-related programs or providing referrals to governmental and private sector resources.
• Substitution options: 30 college credit hours can replace one year of experience on a year-for-year basis; alternatively, prior military service in health care administration or civil affairs specialist roles may substitute education and experience equivalently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing day-to-day operations of health programs.
• Proficiency in program planning, budget oversight, quality assurance, billing procedures, and program evaluation methodologies.
