BADGE handles diverse sectors providing construction management services on projects ranging between $20 million and $120 million.
Role Overview
We seek an experienced Contract Administrator with a minimum of three years in a similar capacity. The role is based on or near the Gold Coast and involves managing contracts for projects valued from $20 million to $100 million. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and capable of building strong relationships. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities are required to provide financial and commercial support across various projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit variation orders and contractual notices accurately.
- Compile head contract progress claims and detailed reports.
- Assist in project cost reporting and forecasting activities.
- Manage the preparation of head contract deliverables.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Negotiate subcontract packages and undertake subcontract administration tasks.
- Analyze contractual claims and variations thoroughly.
- Apply knowledge of AS form of contracts for implementation and compliance.
Candidate Profile
The successful applicant should hold a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related field, with confirmed experience in the Australian construction market. Familiarity with company-specific systems like CHEOPS is essential. Legal entitlement to work in Australia must be held.
