The content you produce will be front and center in these AI-driven platforms and will generate sales opportunities elsewhere.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create diverse content formats including blogs, videos, and social posts designed to perform well in traditional search and AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, while adapting strategies based on impact and engagement metrics.
• Leverage AI tools by default for tasks such as drafting, ideation, repurposing, and research to increase output speed without compromising quality.
• Develop content that reflects frontline realities in factories, logistics centers, and service settings, appealing to buyers in these specific industries rather than generic SaaS marketing audiences.
• Produce German-language content that reads naturally as native text rather than translations, collaborating closely with sales and customer experience teams to align messaging with customer insights.
• Monitor performance across channels and AI platforms to identify effective content, discontinuing or amplifying efforts accordingly.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in professional content creation with a portfolio demonstrating versatility across different formats.
• A strong sense of storytelling and editorial judgment, with a journalistic approach capable of interviewing subject matter experts to uncover compelling insights and narratives.
• Fluent writing and speaking skills in German at a professional level, with collaboration and presentation abilities in English.
• An innovative working style already adapted to incorporate AI tools and platforms like Profound, Peec AI, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, and Perplexity in content creation and research, rather than traditional workflows.
• Desirable but not mandatory: familiarity with producing content for frontline, industrial, or blue-collar audiences who engage differently than office workers.
• Additional advantage if experienced in AI or Google Entity Optimization (AEO/GEO) as an active, strategic workstream.

Performance Goals

• Within 6 months: Achieve visibility of your content in AI answer engines on key queries, evidenced by measurable engagement and pipeline contribution. Produce native-sounding German content.
• Within 12 months: Develop a scalable content engine that treats AI answer engines as a primary channel alongside traditional search, with you as its architect.
