We're seeking an experienced Carpenter to work at our manufacturing facility in Grimsby, Ontario, focused on assembling modular units and components with high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support installation of sheeting materials such as subfloors, wall, and roofing sheeting utilizing various materials.
• Participate in assembling doors, windows, trims, and millworks including installation of hardware and painting.
• Collect materials required for unit assembly and install small finishing components.
• Carry out pre-assembly of building components while interpreting blueprints accurately.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and responsibly.
• Perform any additional related tasks assigned by supervisors.

Candidate Profile

• Collaborative team player who prioritizes workplace safety and proper handling of tools and materials.
• Experience in residential carpentry with fundamental communication skills.
• Prior exposure to modular unit assembly is advantageous.
• Ability to lift weights up to 55 lbs independently and 35 lbs overhead.
• Capable of standing, crouching, and kneeling for extended durations.
