Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Companions to serve as chat operators. Your primary role will be to engage users in warm, continuous, and emotionally supportive conversations through our communication platforms, aiming to alleviate loneliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with users via chat, ensuring lively and meaningful interactions.
• Provide prompt responses to maintain natural, warm, and consistent dialogues.
• Modify communication style to suit varying user moods, intents, and preferences.
• Help users feel listened to, involved, and emotionally connected.
• Adhere to internal communication protocols and report any anomalies or issues encountered.
• Maintain concentration and dependability while managing a high volume of routine chat exchanges.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent written English essential; proficiency in other languages such as French or Spanish is advantageous.
• Excellent text communication skills with the ability to sustain natural, engaging, and empathetic conversations.
• Comfortable and confident using PCs, smartphones, messaging applications, and basic office software.
• Preparedness to handle repetitive, high-volume chat duties with sustained focus through shifts.
• Demonstrated responsibility, dependability, and commitment to agreed schedules.
• Open-minded attitude coupled with resilience when interacting with diverse user personalities.
• Ability to accept and incorporate feedback, adhering strictly to company communication guidelines.
• Foundational knowledge in communication psychology, emotional engagement, or customer support is a plus.
