The Role

We are seeking a Clinical Lead to join our US-based Behavioral Science team, bridging theoretical behavioral science frameworks with practical clinical application. This role involves contributing scientific and clinical expertise to the Behavioral Science team, managing Clinical Research partnerships, and spearheading a Clinical Advisory Board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and curating the Intervention and Driver Libraries/Ontologies, translating clinical knowledge into system frameworks.
  • Develop and review decision logic aligned with system requirements.
  • Establish safety protocols and escalation criteria to ensure system outputs are safe and effective.
  • Collaborate with the Content team to develop and validate clinically accurate intervention materials that align with health literacy standards.
  • Define measurable outcomes and contribute to the design of evaluation methods assessing intervention success.
  • Create and manage Clinical Research partnerships that align with organizational scientific goals.
  • Identify and vet potential research collaborators.
  • Support protocol creation and coordinate research operations with external partners.
  • Form and manage a Clinical Advisory Board by recruiting subject matter experts, setting terms of reference, and assisting with advisor contracts.

Qualifications

  • Background in behavioral or clinical sciences with experience in research integrity or clinical practice.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including Product and Engineering as a credible clinical authority.
  • Expertise in critically evaluating and synthesizing scientific and clinical literature.
  • Proven experience advising Product teams from scientific and clinical perspectives.

Location

This is a fully remote position based in the United States.

Compensation

Starting salary is $130,000 annually.
