Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and skilled Clinical Research Coordinator to join our Boca Raton, FL onsite team. This role involves active participation in clinical research activities to support trial success and contribute meaningfully to life-changing studies.

Work Schedule and Compensation

Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, daytime shift
Hourly wage range: $28 to $35, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

Conduct protocol-specified patient visits and procedures such as phlebotomy, intravenous lines (IVs), injections, vital sign measurements, and ECG/EKG tests
Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of assessments and study data adhering to regulatory standards and GCP guidelines, ensuring accurate completion of case report forms (CRFs/eCRFs)
Obtain informed consent in line with federal regulations, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and Institutional Review Board (IRB) requirements
Recruit qualified subjects ethically to meet study enrollment goals
Complete ongoing training, attend investigator meetings, and stay updated with evolving regulations and internal policies
Schedule and conduct patient visits according to protocol timelines
Safeguard participant confidentiality complying with HIPAA and confidentiality agreements
Report adverse events promptly and escalate serious adverse events to sponsors within 24 hours, informing principal investigators and supervisors as required
Manage trial materials including study drugs, lab supplies, and documentation forms to ensure availability and accountability
Maintain regular and documented communication with leadership and study teams
Perform all duties safely and efficiently following company policies
Represent the organization professionally at all times
Perform additional tasks as delegated by management

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory
Minimum two years of clinical research experience with a focus on oncology
Clinical skills such as taking vital signs, ECG/EKG, phlebotomy, and administering injections highly desirable
Familiarity with electronic source reporting systems
Strong understanding of ICH, FDA, and GCP regulations
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with investigators, sponsors, participants, and referral sources
High ethical standards marked by honesty, reliability, and independence
Advanced critical thinking capabilities
Knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory sample handling procedures
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and computer use
