Clinical Educator

About the Role

Join Inizio Engage in partnership with a leading biotechnology firm, focusing on Commercial, Patient Solutions, and Medical Affairs sectors. As a Clinical Educator, you will provide specialized educational support on disease states to patients, healthcare professionals, and clinic staff in both primary and specialized care settings, ensuring compliance with the company's standards and Nurse Manager's directives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver disease-specific educational support to designated patients, healthcare providers, and office personnel as coordinated with the Client Account Manager.
• Conduct presentations of educational programs tailored to community support groups and healthcare professionals according to each office's requirements.
• Adhere strictly to using only approved educational materials supplied by Inizio Engage or the client, without modifications or unauthorized distribution.
• Complete all mandatory training and competency evaluations set by Inizio Engage within the specified timelines and standards.
• Build and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders and healthcare customers.
• Support service development and deployment across various healthcare sectors as directed by management.
• Continuously explore innovative methods to create new partnership opportunities and enhance program reach.
• Fulfill all administrative duties promptly, including daily data updates, weekly activity summaries, email communications, and monthly expense reporting.
• Maintain valid professional nursing registration or licensing compliant with state laws.
• Participate in local and national meetings or conferences to stay informed on industry trends and share knowledge with team members.
• Ensure company equipment and materials are maintained according to guidelines.
• Comply rigorously with all company and client policies and procedures.
• Be reachable during working hours for any queries.
• Hold a valid US driver's license at all times and disclose any traffic offenses or penalty points immediately.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license is mandatory.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, alongside at least three years of registered nurse experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry or home care is advantageous.
• A minimum of three years' experience in neurology, immunology, or related disease areas is preferred.
• Experience providing patient home injection training is desirable.
• Strong communication skills suited for diverse audiences including physicians and office staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities concurrently.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and regularly updating clinical knowledge.

Additional Information

• Position requires up to 50% travel within the designated geographic area and potentially outside it.
• Annual salary range spans from $84,000 to $156,000, with final compensation based on experience, skills, and company factors.
