About the Role
Meta's Global Business Group is recruiting a Client Solutions Manager to collaborate closely with top-tier advertisers in the eCommerce sector. This position requires blending comprehensive knowledge of Meta's advertising platform with strong analytical skills to deliver measurable outcomes through performance marketing, app campaigns, and advanced measurement tools. The role involves functioning as a trusted advisor, turning clients’ business aims into data-backed media strategies to support revenue growth for both clients and Meta.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside Client Partners to create and implement advertising plans that yield tangible business results across Meta's platform.
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with principal clients, acting as their main contact for campaign strategy, optimization, and measurement guidance.
- Interpret performance data from diverse sources to generate practical insights and provide recommendations to client stakeholders.
- Lead experimental initiatives including sophisticated measurement techniques like conversion lift tests, track and analyze outcomes, and suggest optimizations.
- Educate clients on best practices, latest features, and new products within Meta's advertising ecosystem to strengthen partnerships.
- Drive media and measurement strategies proactively, involving campaign set-up, pacing, and continuous optimization to enhance results and increase ad spend.
- Oversee account operations including troubleshooting, configuration, and escalation of technical challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product, and data science to manage complex client projects and deliver integrated solutions.
- Create and present data-driven stories, customized analyses, and strategic advice to stakeholders at various seniority levels.
- Exhibit curiosity and adapt well in a fast-paced environment.
- Be proactive, analytically sound, and provide clear thinking to assist client decision-making.
- Travel as required to support client relationships and business development.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years' experience in performance marketing or data-centric environments (finance, data science, consulting).
- Skilled in structuring and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data sets to drive actionable business decisions.
- Proven ability to communicate data-backed recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including clients.
- Experience coordinating across teams to manage multifaceted projects and workflows.
- Aptitude for influencing clients or partners through consultative selling and data-driven business cases.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of background in performance marketing or data-focused roles.
- Familiarity with Meta's advertising tools such as campaign management, audience targeting, and measurement products.
- Experience applying AI technologies to optimize workflows, boost efficiency, and improve quality.
- Continuous development in AI competencies, including prompt engineering and agent orchestration.
- Proficiency with data querying languages like SQL to analyze advertising performance datasets.
- Expertise in designing, conducting, and interpreting media experiments including incrementality and attribution analysis.
- Commitment to ethical AI practices including risk evaluation, bias mitigation, and quality assurance.
