Role Purpose

The Client Advisor plays a key role in reaching sales objectives and KPIs. This position focuses on delivering an exceptional, refined, and memorable experience to all clients and supports the team while embodying the brand’s values and high standards.

• Deliver a superior client experience, including after-sales support to all visitors and customers.
• Build and nurture client relationships by understanding and anticipating customer needs.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience providing exceptional client service, ideally in luxury retail, fashion, accessories, customer service, or luxury hospitality sectors.
• Keen interest in fashion, styling, and creating individualized appearances.
