Job Summary

This position involves a mixture of move-in and move-out cleans, turnover cleaning of unoccupied units, and routine housekeeping in homes currently occupied. Candidates will independently travel to assigned locations and ensure all cleaning tasks meet the company's high standards.

Key Duties

• Execute move-in and move-out cleaning services for rental residences
• Conduct comprehensive turnover cleaning in vacant apartments and houses
• Perform routine housekeeping in occupied homes as needed
• Clean all major areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, floors, and common surfaces
• Carry out meticulous jobs including cleaning baseboards, cabinet interiors, and appliance interiors
• Utilize a mobile application for receiving assignments, following instructions, GPS navigation, uploading photos, and updating job progress
• Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with company quality standards
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or uncleanable areas promptly
• Travel between job sites using a personal vehicle

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of professional paid cleaning experience
• Ability to perform both turnover and housekeeping cleaning tasks
• Possession of a reliable personal vehicle for travel and carrying cleaning equipment
• Ownership of necessary cleaning supplies and tools
• Smartphone capable of supporting a work app with GPS, photo capture, and status updates
• Comfortable cleaning detailed areas like kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinets, and appliances
• Capacity to work independently following detailed instructions
• Basic proficiency in English for communication
• Dependable, punctual, with comfort in GPS-based arrival verification
