Primary Responsibilities

• Process payments via cash, cards, UPI, and other digital methods.
• Produce precise invoices and billing receipts for customers.
• Oversee the cash counter and uphold proper cash management practices.
• Check and reconcile the cash drawer at shift start and end.
• Address customer questions related to billing in a courteous and professional way.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure efficient checkout procedures.
• Maintain daily transaction documentation and prepare reports as needed.
• Follow all company guidelines and billing protocols strictly.
• Keep the billing station tidy, organized, and welcoming to customers.
