Role Overview

We are seeking a Captain for our Origin Bar to join our dedicated team who will ensure smooth operation and excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and seat guests with professionalism and friendliness.
• Collaborate efficiently with kitchen and bar staff to facilitate timely and seamless service.
• Uphold cleanliness and prepare the restaurant area before, during, and after service hours.
• Guarantee appropriate table arrangements, have thorough knowledge of the menu, and manage service flow effectively.

Applicant Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience in hotel, restaurant, or comparable environments.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere while maintaining a constructive approach.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
• Understanding and adherence to standard food safety and hygiene practices.
