Role Overview
As a Call Centre Agent, you will serve as a warm and efficient problem solver whom customers rely on. Your key responsibility will be to efficiently handle inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat. You will provide precise information about our products and services, make personalized recommendations, and contribute positively to the customer journey through teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to phone calls promptly and politely.
- Process sales orders and coordinate with branches to prepare merchandise for customer or courier pickup.
- Generate and timely deliver pro-forma invoices to customers.
- Notify customers about new products and promotional sales.
- Offer customers complete and accurate details about our products and services.
- Follow up on customer requests within the designated timeframe.
- Maintain and update the customer database for accurate history records.
- Quickly respond to customers’ messages via texts and WhatsApp.
- Engage with customers through social media platforms as needed.
- Perform additional related tasks such as those of a Sales Representative when required.
- Carry out any other duties necessary to ensure smooth operational flow.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a Diploma or Associate Degree.
- Completion of at least six O’Levels or CXC subjects.
- Minimum two years of relevant work experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Computer proficiency.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
- High volume of incoming calls requiring frequent attention.
- Predominantly sedentary job role.
- Work schedule includes weekends.
