Company Overview
DELANO Dubai is part of Ennismore, a rapidly expanding lifestyle and leisure hospitality group, and is introducing the DELANO brand to the UAE for the first time. The original DELANO South Beach, launched in Miami in 1995, helped define lifestyle luxury with its elegant design, contemporary style, and energetic atmosphere. DELANO Dubai aims to carry that same legacy forward with refined service and sophisticated hospitality.
The resort is set on Bluewaters Island and will feature premium rooms and suites, four distinctive food and beverage concepts, an oceanfront swimming pool, and a wellness studio.
Role Summary
In this position, you will be responsible for providing attentive, discreet, and highly tailored service to guests throughout their stay. You will serve as a central contact for guests, helping anticipate preferences and coordinating elevated room and villa experiences that match the DELANO standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised and considerate service adapted to each guest’s individual preferences and stay needs.
- Take ownership of the guest journey by being the main contact from arrival through departure.
- Oversee the smooth handling of in-room dining, amenities, and special arrangements with accuracy and care.
- Stay ahead of guest expectations by identifying preferences and lifestyle needs in advance.
- Work closely with housekeeping, front office, IRD, and other teams to ensure guest requests are completed without issue.
- Prepare rooms and villas before arrival and support a polished, discreet check-out and farewell process.
- Maintain immaculate presentation of guest spaces in line with DELANO luxury standards.
- Develop trusting guest relationships built on comfort, privacy, and dependable service.
- Respond to concerns and requests quickly and discreetly, ensuring effective resolution.
- Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has experience in butler service or a comparable luxury hospitality environment such as a high-end hotel, resort, or private residence. You should bring strong interpersonal skills, an intuitive service style, and a refined manner.
A sound understanding of luxury service standards, in-room operations, and guest journey coordination is important, along with a meticulous eye for timing, presentation, and personalisation. You should be calm, proactive, responsive, and comfortable working in fast-moving guest-focused settings.
Teamwork is essential, particularly when coordinating with housekeeping, front office, and food & beverage teams. A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
