About the Role
Join our lively and supportive Business Support team in Wellington as a Business Support Coordinator. This permanent full-time position is vital in delivering administrative and business assistance across various Greater Wellington teams and departments. Your role involves engaging with staff at every level, from office personnel to field teams, and also interacting with members of the public. Given the dynamic nature of the work, your tasks may vary daily, making adaptability essential while ensuring your key responsibilities are consistently completed.
Key Responsibilities and Skills Required
- Provide broad administrative support to multiple business units.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate flexibility and resilience to handle changing business needs.
- Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications and quickly learn new technologies and systems.
- Manage your time efficiently and organize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with customers, both inside and outside the organization.
- Work collaboratively as an engaged team member exhibiting enthusiasm and a positive attitude, even under pressure.

Salary and Terms
The total remuneration range for this position is from $60,216 to $88,432 NZD annually, with a typical starting salary near the midpoint of $73,693, subject to skills and experience. We do not accept agency applications at this time.
