Tamayouz is a Saudi-based company dedicated to partnering with clients to drive and sustain impactful change aligned with Vision 2030. The company focuses on building a reputable Saudi brand known for delivering high-quality work. This opportunity is a 6-month contract position starting at the end of August 2026, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role. The role is based onsite outside Riyadh and requires full-time commitment from Sunday to Thursday.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development of business strategies and design efficient operating models.
• Create, manage, and supervise complex financial models and investment cases.
• Convert detailed analyses into straightforward, actionable strategic recommendations.
• Prepare polished presentations for executive audiences and lead strategic workshops with leadership teams.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and guide a group of consultants to achieve high-quality deliverables.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 8 to 13 years of experience within top-tier strategy consulting firms, Big Four strategy divisions, or corporate strategy departments.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge and expertise in strategy formulation, operating model frameworks, and investment case preparation.
• Exhibit outstanding analytical capabilities, strong presentation skills, and effective stakeholder management.
• Be fluent in both Arabic and English languages.
• Preference given to Saudi nationals.
• Capacity to work full time onsite, Sunday through Thursday, outside Riyadh.
• Experience related to higher education institutions, university investment funds, or endowment funds is highly advantageous.
