Business Documentation Specialist

About the Role

This position is for a Business Documentation Specialist engaged under contract, working remotely with a Flexible weekly commitment of 10 to 40 hours. The role focuses on designing accurate and realistic business tasks and scenarios utilizing Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to simulate Fortune 500 business environments through interactions with language models.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft business scenarios and tasks using advanced Microsoft Office tools tailored to real-world corporate settings.
• Conduct prompt-based dialogues with AI language models to replicate high-level business situations.
• Assess AI-generated outputs for their accuracy, effectiveness, and quality in practical business applications.
• Create thorough evaluation reports that identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for enhancement in AI performance.
• Assist in the preparation of financial models, executive-level presentations, strategic plans, and data-informed reports.
• Document insights and deliver constructive feedback to aid AI system development in business documentation contexts.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in business environments within sectors such as finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, retail, or related industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to develop detailed models, reports, presentations, and analyses.
• Hands-on involvement in projects across strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, or human resources within Fortune 500 companies.
• Demonstrated ability to design complex, nuanced business scenarios representing challenging corporate deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling clear and persuasive documentation and feedback delivery.
