About the Role

Worldotutor is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead the Admissions and Sales team. The ideal candidate should possess robust leadership capabilities, an enthusiasm for sales, and a talent for inspiring the team to meet and exceed revenue goals.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of Admission Counsellors ensuring goal attainment.
Drive revenue generation and meet admission targets consistently.
Oversee and analyze activities such as calls, follow-ups, demonstrations, and conversion rates.
Provide coaching and training to enhance team members' performance.
Conduct daily meetings and periodic performance assessments with the team.
Ensure regular updates in CRM and adherence to standardized processes.
Collaborate effectively with Marketing and Academic departments.
Compile daily and weekly performance reports for management review.

Requirements

A minimum of two years in Sales or Business Development roles.
At least one year serving as a Team Leader or equivalent leadership position.
Strong communication skills coupled with proven leadership ability.
Motivated by targets and capable of self-driven work ethic.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic proficiency in MS Excel.
Experience within the EdTech or education sector considered a plus.

Working Schedule
