Overview
A premier organisation specialising in executive education and leadership training is recruiting a seasoned Client Development Manager to spearhead business growth within corporate and professional services sectors. This role centers on consultative sales, focusing on fostering high-level client connections, assessing organisational learning demands, and crafting customised solutions in leadership and executive development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business avenues both within Ireland and across international markets.
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Lead in-depth consultative discussions about leadership, talent management, and organisational growth.
- Collaborate with in-house design and innovation units to develop tailored learning programs.
- Create compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements to secure business.
- Oversee sales pipeline, monitor revenue targets, and efficiently handle CRM processes.
- Partner closely with marketing and membership divisions to facilitate strategic growth efforts.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, consultative sales, or managing client partnerships.
- Proven ability to interact with senior leadership and navigate complex sales processes.
- Strong background in enterprise sales environments.
- Commercially adept with excellent skills in relationship building.
- Experience in leadership development, HR consultancy, executive education, learning and development, or professional services is a plus but not mandatory.
- Adept at managing budgets, preparing proposals, and compiling sales reports.
- Possession of a valid full clean driving license is mandatory.
