Role objective

This position is responsible for accelerating business growth, building a strong lead pipeline, and bringing in new clients for the Home Destination Centre and Turnkey Projects vertical. The role centers on identifying the right channel partners, presenting Fabindia Turnkey IDS offerings, and managing the full client journey to help grow revenue.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and expand market reach by creating a strong network of channel partners such as architects, interior designers, builders, brokers, hospitality groups, and government organizations.
  • Generate qualified B2B and premium B2C opportunities through field outreach, industry networking, and market intelligence.
  • Review incoming leads and assess whether they align with the brand’s values, design sensibility, and service scope.
  • Meet prospects to understand their space requirements, design expectations, and budget parameters.
  • Present Fabindia Turnkey IDS solutions in a consultative way, including modular solutions, wallpapers, customized furniture, mattresses, and other value-added offerings.
  • Work with legal, design, and commercial teams to prepare, close, and formalize client agreements.
  • Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure collection of advances and milestone payments according to agreed commercial terms.
  • Coordinate with design, project execution, and store operations teams so project handovers happen smoothly.
  • Keep the client database current and prepare weekly and monthly updates on conversion, pipeline status, and revenue performance versus target.

  • Proven ability to create premium leads from store walk-ins as well as outbound corporate and field channels.

  • Excellent spoken and written communication with confidence in pitching to premium clients, architects, and corporate stakeholders.
