Key projects include UNICEF-aligned Digital Skills and Life Skills programs as well as CSR-funded education and employability efforts targeting Government Schools, ITIs, Polytechnics, Diploma Colleges, and Degree Institutions.
Role Summary
The Business Development Executive will operate primarily in assigned cities or district clusters, supporting field-level execution, partnership building, and program growth. This role places an emphasis on engaging with government-aided schools, ITIs, polytechnics, diploma and degree colleges, CSR partners, NGOs, and implementation agencies. It is well-suited to professionals with a solid understanding of the education ecosystem and government-led initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct institutional outreach and establish partnerships with government schools, ITIs, diploma and degree colleges.
- Facilitate MoUs, pilot initiatives, and onboard educational institutions.
- Coordinate with school principals, heads of departments, district education officers, and skill development officials.
- Support the rollout of UNICEF Digital Life Skills programs by aiding student enrollment, faculty liaison, and program monitoring.
- Serve as the local contact point for institutions and implementation collaborators.
- Identify and assist with CSR-funded skilling opportunities, managing documentation, field-related coordination, and reporting.
- Establish liaison with NGOs, CSR teams, and government bodies as necessary.
- Support candidate sourcing and mobilization for blue-collar roles (manufacturing, logistics, retail, field services) and white-collar roles (IT, analytics, BFSI, operations, sales).
- Coordinate with institutions for student data, eligibility verification, and assessment processes.
- Maintain detailed activity logs, lead trackers, and institutional databases.
- Assist in organizing events, orientations, and local workshops while ensuring timely follow-ups and seamless coordination with internal teams.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in school book publishing, educational content sales, K12 institutions, ITIs, diploma or degree colleges, or education NGO/CSR implementation projects.
- Familiarity with district-level education and skill development ecosystems.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in B2A sales, institutional outreach, CSR projects, or education partnership roles.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and managing coordination among multiple stakeholders.
- Basic proficiency in reporting, documentation, and following up on tasks.
Qualifications
A graduate degree in any discipline is required, preferably BBA, BA, B.Com, or B.Sc.
