Ltd. is a prominent legal, tax, and business consultancy firm delivering comprehensive services such as Company Registration, GST Registration, Income Tax Return (ITR) Filing, Trademark Registration, ROC Compliance, Accounting, Licensing, and Business Advisory services to startups, MSMEs, and enterprises throughout India.
Job Summary
We are searching for a motivated and target-focused Business Development Executive tasked with identifying prospective clients, generating business opportunities, and converting leads into customers by employing excellent communication and relationship management skills to aid the expansion of LegalDev's clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively create new business leads through cold calling, referrals, LinkedIn, social media, and various other sales platforms.
- Engage with entrepreneurs, startups, MSMEs, and business owners to assess their legal and taxation needs and promote services including company and LLP registration, GST registration and filing, ITR, trademark registration, FSSAI license, MSME registration, ISO certification, and ROC compliance.
- Deliver sales presentations outlining the advantages of our offerings.
- Consistently follow up with prospective clients to secure successful business closures.
- Maintain detailed customer data and manage sales pipelines within CRM tools.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Legal, Accounts, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue and sales targets.
- Develop sustained client relationships supporting repeat business and referral opportunities.
- Prepare daily sales reports and keep management informed about lead statuses.
- Stay informed on updates in government compliance, taxation, and business registration services.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Graduates from any discipline are eligible; degrees in BBA, B.Com, MBA, BA, or BCA are preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Possess 1 to 5 years of experience in sales, business development, tele-sales, financial services, legal services, or consultancy is desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Effective negotiation and persuasion skills.
- A mindset oriented towards sales targets and outcomes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage pressure effectively and adhere to deadlines.
- Quick learning aptitude with a positive and proactive attitude.

Location and Salary
The role is based at 2nd Floor, Roop Janki Tower, Shalimar Bagh Colony, Chitrakut Marg, Ajmer Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302021. The monthly remuneration ranges between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000.
