Job Role

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Executive dedicated to expanding our client base for steel detailing and engineering services. This role involves identifying and pursuing prospective business opportunities, developing a robust sales pipeline, and engaging both prospective and current clients. Responsibilities include presenting service offerings, crafting proposals, and negotiating agreements that align with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting them into clients.
• Manage and nurture client accounts to support continued business and foster long-term relationships.
• Communicate effectively with clients both verbally and in writing, ensuring clear and professional exchanges.
• Prepare and present service proposals, handling negotiations to finalize agreements.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability in new business development and lead generation strategies.
• Sound knowledge of business and account management to maintain and grow client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills encompassing verbal and written forms.
• Experience in engineering, construction, or steel detailing industries is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills and a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or related advanced degree is an advantage.
