Business Analyst

Overview

A prominent company in the Shipping and Logistics sector is expanding and seeking skilled individuals to join as Business Analysts in Singapore. This role serves as a critical liaison between the Digital Solutions team and frontline regional offices, focusing on performance monitoring and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for designated regions, facilitating communication between Digital Solutions and regional/front offices.
• Manage performance tracking processes across assigned regions, analyze root causes of deviations, and develop targeted action plans.
• Conduct comprehensive monthly reviews of cost allocations per region and respond effectively to headquarters and regional office inquiries.
• Provide analytical and reporting support to the department, ensuring accurate insights and commentary to inform business decisions.
• Facilitate digital transformation efforts by promoting rollout of new solutions, identifying manual processes that can be optimized, and encouraging user adoption.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree relevant to the role.
• Have between 2 and 4 years of experience in interpreting data and clearly presenting actionable insights.
• Skilled in Power BI or comparable business intelligence platforms to generate meaningful reports and follow-up initiatives.
• Strong communication abilities to convey solutions effectively to a diverse, international audience.
• Demonstrated aptitude for analyzing complex data, comparing results, and suggesting improvements.
