About the Role
The Brand & Multimedia Designer plays a vital role in executing marketing campaigns and supporting the Creative team to produce engaging and high-quality visual content across all brand platforms. This position involves handling brand design, multimedia assets, motion graphics, and visual communication efforts. The designer will contribute innovative creative strategies and design solutions to facilitate the growth of a dynamic company. This role focuses on ensuring brand consistency, campaign implementation, content creation, and collaboration on multifaceted marketing projects.
Reporting Relationship
Reports directly to the Senior Director of Brand & Creative.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce visual materials for websites, landing pages, social channels, digital advertisements, emails, sales decks, reports, and event-related collateral.
- Create and update motion graphics, animations, title sequences, and branded elements for various marketing and multimedia initiatives.
- Maintain and expand A-LIGN's brand guidelines across all marketing mediums to ensure consistent application.
- Build scalable design systems, templates, and creative assets utilizing tools like Figma, PowerPoint, and social media frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Content, and Demand Generation teams to deliver creative projects aligned with business goals.
- Lead the visual design efforts for key marketing campaigns, website upgrades, resource center content, and flagship report development.
- Work jointly with the Video Production Manager to generate graphics and motion components coherent with brand standards for video outputs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines with organized task management supported by project tools.
- Assess creative output effectiveness and suggest enhancements to improve audience engagement and user experience.
- Develop presentation and sales support materials that clearly communicate messaging and brand values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of four years in graphic, multimedia, or brand design roles.
- At least two years producing motion graphics or video content for marketing purposes.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs including Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Experience managing brand standards and design consistency across digital and print channels.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional, fast-paced teams.
- Skillful use of Figma and presentation software to develop scalable brand templates and systems.
- A robust portfolio showcasing skill in brand development, storytelling, layout design, and motion graphic creation.
