About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Brand Manager to spearhead the creation and implementation of brand strategies that enhance brand equity, boost customer engagement, and fuel business expansion. This role involves overseeing integrated marketing efforts, maintaining brand uniformity across various platforms, managing agency collaborations, and executing impactful branding activities in line with organizational goals.
Core Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute brand strategies aligned with company objectives and growth targets.
- Establish and uphold brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions across all customer interactions.
- Plan, implement, and refine integrated marketing and branding campaigns for maximum impact.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor movements to uncover opportunities for growth.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across digital platforms, retail environments, and offline channels.
- Oversee the creation, review, and distribution of brand assets and marketing materials.
- Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines through regular audits and compliance checks.
- Manage partnerships with creative agencies, production teams, and external suppliers.
- Track campaign outcomes, brand performance indicators, and engagement metrics, offering insights and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate across departments such as Creative, Digital Marketing, PR, Commercial, and Operations to achieve brand goals.
- Coordinate project schedules, budget management, approvals, and resource deployment to execute initiatives efficiently.
- Support strategic collaborations, sponsorship activities, and brand activation projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related discipline.
- Have at least six years of professional experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related sector.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective brand strategies and comprehensive marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of brand management principles, consumer insights, market research, and customer behavior analysis.
- Experienced in managing creative agencies, production vendors, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and planning skills.
- Competent in evaluating campaign performance and deriving actionable business strategies from data.
- Superior communication, presentation, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation talents.
- Meticulous attention to detail ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Professional certifications in Branding, Marketing, or Digital Marketing are advantageous.
