Branch Supervisor (Female)

Role Overview

This position is for a female branch supervisor responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at the Afkar & Care Supplies branch in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The candidate will manage staff performance, ensure excellent customer service, handle operational issues, and maintain coordination with supply and administrative departments.

Main Duties

• Oversee all daily operations within the assigned branch.
• Lead and organize the branch team, monitoring and supporting their work.
• Ensure high-quality customer interactions and effectively address any concerns or feedback raised by clients.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate closely with other departments as needed.
• Prepare and submit regular progress and activity reports to upper management.
• Guarantee compliance with operational policies and established procedures at all times.
