Position Overview
We are offering two permanent full-time positions as Boarding Supervisors starting in October 2026. Our college provides a secure, nurturing environment where students enjoy privacy and personal growth opportunities. Role Responsibilities
Qualified professional staff supervise students, striving to balance academic pursuits and recreation. Boarding Supervisors organize and facilitate regular study sessions and tutoring, support students' educational and sporting goals, and coordinate diverse recreational and social activities.
The successful candidates will uphold appropriate student values and behaviors, ensure duty of care according to Department policies, embrace cultural diversity, and promote opportunities enhancing academic, social, emotional, and physical development.
Reporting any concerns related to student or staff wellbeing, occupational safety and health, and maintenance promptly to senior personnel is essential. The role requires adherence to the Public Sector Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct, and all Departmental standards.

Eligibility Criteria
- Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or holder of a valid visa with relevant work rights for the appointment duration
- Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and possess current Department-issued Screening Clearance prior to commencement
- Hold and maintain a current Working with Children Check
- Ability to work rostered shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Possession of current First Aid Certificates (HLTAID009 for CPR and HLTAID011 for First Aid) prior to first rostered student shift
- Within six months of employment, obtain and maintain an LR Class Driver's Licence and Passenger Transport Driver authorization, Aquatic Rescue for Group III Pool Award, Surf Rescue Certificate, and Certificate IV in Community Services – Student Residential Care (CHC42021)
- Compliance with operational requirements as determined by the College Manager
