BFSI Recruiter

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled BFSI Recruiter with strong expertise in sourcing and bulk hiring, particularly within finance and accounts (F&A). The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, primarily for non-IT positions such as finance, legal, information security, and marketing communications (marcom). You'll effectively leverage various channels and job portals to identify and attract suitable candidates while managing stakeholder relationships and collaborating within recruitment teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and manage bulk hiring processes with a focus on BFSI and F&A hiring.
• Utilize diverse sourcing techniques and platforms to recruit candidates for complex roles.
• Conduct screening and coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for non-IT domains.
• Maintain strong communication and engagement with stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively within the team to meet recruitment targets.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience primarily in non-IT hiring including finance, legal, information security, and marcom sectors.
• Expertise in sourcing candidates via major job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Monster.
• Exceptional communication abilities and stakeholder management skills.
• Capability to handle complex sourcing requirements efficiently.
