Overview

We seek enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Bench Sales Recruiters based in Ahmedabad. This role requires working the night shift aligned with US timings, focusing on marketing consultant profiles and facilitating interview processes with various vendors, clients, and technical recruiters across the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote consultant profiles effectively to vendors and clients.
• Organize and follow-up on interview schedules.
• Develop and sustain professional relationships with recruiters and clients.
• Maintain daily documentation of reports and candidate tracking.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum educational qualification: completion of 12th grade.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic proficiency in computer operations and MS Office.
• Readiness to work night shifts.
• Open to freshers and experienced applicants.

Additional Information

• Shift: Night shift (US shift)
• Working days: Monday to Friday, 5 days a week
• Salary range: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 monthly plus incentives up to ₹20,000 per month
