Role Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations effectively.
• Actively pursue and achieve sales targets.
• Participate in innovative initiatives to enhance customer experience.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Follow protocols for handling cash and assets securely.
• Ensure product displays are merchandised to optimize visibility and sales.
• Help conduct monthly inventory checks and maintain precise stock records.

Candidate Requirements

• At least an ‘O’ level or diploma qualification.
• Minimum of two years’ relevant experience in retail, sales, or FMCG sectors.
• Sales-oriented and proactive approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work retail shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Fluent in oral and written communication.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
