Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as per established company guidelines.
• Foster a friendly and inviting environment for all patrons.
• Advise customers on beverage and cocktail options tailored to their tastes.
• Maintain spotless, organized, and hygienic conditions in the bar area consistently.
• Manage cash transactions accurately and process customer payments when necessary.
• Keep track of inventory and promptly inform management of any stock shortages.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure drinks are delivered efficiently and timely.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, hygiene, and company regulations.
• Address customer questions and complaints professionally while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Prior bartending experience in a nightclub, lounge, bar, restaurant, or hotel setting is advantageous.
• Thorough understanding of cocktail mixes, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Strong communication skills coupled with exceptional customer service abilities.
