Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position in Ahmedabad calls for a Barista who can prepare and serve coffee and other drinks, use brewing equipment, and work to established recipes and quality expectations. The role also includes greeting customers, taking orders, processing payments, and delivering prompt, friendly service.

Key Duties

The Barista will help keep the café running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with basic food prep, replenishing stock, and following hygiene and safety practices. The position requires close coordination with teammates, a willingness to learn more about the products, and a focus on creating a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and people skills for interacting positively with guests and working well with the team.
• Basic barista knowledge, including coffee preparation, equipment use, and an interest in specialty coffee.
