About the Role

Join our specialty coffee café in Jeddah as an enthusiastic and skilled Barista. We are seeking individuals passionate about specialty coffee who thrive on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve premium quality specialty coffee drinks.
• Adjust espresso machines and calibrate coffee grinders for optimal performance.
• Steam milk and craft beverages that meet established quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service to all patrons.
• Keep the coffee bar and equipment clean and well-maintained.
• Assist with inventory oversight and support daily café operations.

Requirements

• Preferred prior experience working in a specialty coffee shop.
• Strong understanding of espresso extraction and milk frothing techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and cooperative teamwork abilities.
• Capability to perform efficiently within a fast-moving work environment.

Additional Vacancy: Cleaner

We are also recruiting a diligent Cleaner to uphold hygiene standards across our café.

• Keep all café areas including customer spaces, staff zones, restrooms, and kitchen areas clean.
• Perform floor and surface cleaning, waste disposal, and replenish supplies.
• Ensure the environment remains safe, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Work autonomously and collaboratively as required.
• Prior cleaning experience is preferred, along with reliability and attention to detail.
