About the Role

The Bakery Assistant Manager at Drakes Torrensville will support the Bakery Manager in managing daily bakery operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the bakery department. Responsibilities include assisting in team supervision and coaching, managing production schedules, processing orders, and generating staff rosters.
