Back Office Executive

About the Company

Jaipur Plastopack Agro Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Back Office Executive for its Industrial Packaging Division located at Jaipur headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming fresh and old leads related to packaging materials such as PP Box Strapping, PET Strap, and BOPP Tapes through tele-calling.
• Maintain regular contact with existing B2B customers for routine follow-ups to secure repeat orders.
• Politely follow up on customer payments to ensure timely recovery of dues.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to guarantee prompt order shipments.
• Keep daily records of calls and orders updated accurately in the company's CRM system and Excel or Google Sheets.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Educational qualification: Graduate degree.
• Work experience: Between 1 to 3 years in back office sales support or tele-calling roles. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in packaging or manufacturing industries.
• Technical skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets and CRM software is essential.
• Communication skills: Strong command of Hindi language, excellent phone etiquette, and basic English writing skills for email communication.
