This full-time, on-site Babysitter position in Malé involves providing attentive, safe, and caring support for children. The role includes overseeing playtime, helping with schoolwork, and assisting with everyday routines such as meals, hygiene, and rest.

Key Duties

You will plan suitable activities for the child’s age, keep the surrounding area tidy and orderly, and follow any instructions provided by parents or guardians. The role also requires watching over the children’s health and comfort, handling minor disagreements, and keeping families informed about the day’s events or any issues that arise.

Qualifications

• Strong experience or capability in babysitting and childcare, with an emphasis on safety, supervision, and care tailored to the child’s age.
• Background in caring for children across different age ranges, with support for their social and emotional growth.
• Ability to guide learning activities, support basic homework, and lead structured play or simple teaching tasks.
• Good communication and people skills to work with parents or guardians and stay composed during unexpected situations.
