Role Overview

The Associate Success Manager plays a pivotal role in cultivating a compassionate and equitable workplace culture. This position focuses on creating and executing strategies to boost employee engagement, improving new hire experiences, monitoring engagement metrics, lowering turnover rates, and empowering managers to effectively support their teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and apply best practices for employee engagement that align with organizational values.
• Promote continuous feedback through regular quarterly meetings with associates.
• Work alongside department heads to encourage behaviors that support strategic objectives and community impact.
• Manage structured check-ins at 30, 60, and 90 days post-hire to ensure successful onboarding and engagement, using this feedback to refine processes and assess early retention risks.
• Utilize engagement surveys and pulse checks, including quarterly and annual assessments, to gauge program effectiveness.
• Monitor important metrics such as employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), turnover rates, and engagement participation.
• Deliver actionable insights to leadership supporting organizational goals and values.
• Lead projects aimed at reducing turnover, including conducting stay interviews, exit interview analyses, and implementing targeted retention programs.
• Collaborate with Workforce Strategy, HR leadership, and planning teams to connect engagement insights with workforce planning.
• Analyze trends in turnover, onboarding results, vacancy risks, and associate experiences to identify workforce needs.
• Provide accurate workforce analytics for predictive modeling and decision-making.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Workforce Planning to strengthen retention and reduce turnover.
• Incorporate data from stay interviews, exit interviews, and surveys into workforce strategies.
• Engage clinical and non-clinical leaders with associate experience feedback to guide staffing and readiness.
• Use HRIS, survey platforms, and analytics tools to track workforce indicators and recommend improvements.
• Identify associate skill gaps and systemic challenges impacting workforce stability.
• Support leadership efforts related to diversity, equity, inclusion, succession planning, and organizational change readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in employee engagement or human resources, ideally within healthcare or community-focused organizations.
• Strong skills in interpersonal communication, data analysis, and project management.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (such as UKG), survey tools, and data visualization software.
• Preferred certifications include SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
