About the Role

M/s Host Communication Company (HCC) is recruiting a motivated Project Coordinator to manage operations for Indus Towers Telecom Infrastructure Projects. This role demands active coordination of field activities ensuring quality and timely completion of telecom site upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication among technicians, site engineers, contractors, vendors, and client contacts to maintain smooth workflow.
• Oversee civil and electrical site works for telecom infrastructure enhancement.
• Monitor daily operations at sites to align with project timelines and quality standards.
• Generate detailed progress reports daily, weekly, and monthly while maintaining comprehensive project records.
• Enforce adherence to project criteria, safety protocols, and client specifications.
• Identify and address challenges in execution, collaborating with stakeholders for quick solutions.
• Manage logistics including materials, workforce allocation, and progress tracking at project locations.
• Support project planning by scheduling and following up on milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
• Participate in client meetings and assist with project reporting as needed.
• Report to the Project Manager, Telecom Execution Head, or other designated company authority.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a Diploma, B.Tech, or B.E. in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, or related fields.
• Possesses 1 to 4 years of experience in telecom infrastructure projects, tower operations, EPC, or civil/electrical site management.
• Familiarity with Indus Towers or telecom operator projects is advantageous.
• Comprehensive knowledge of civil and electrical work processes and site coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and maintaining project documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to travel frequently to various project sites as necessary.
