About the Role
Join Aditya Birla Capital in Kolkata (Park Street) as an Associate Partner, specializing as a Financial Consultant. This role involves offering strategic financial advice, overseeing agency operations, managing staff, devising business strategies, and nurturing client relations. As a key player, you will evaluate clients' financial situations, grasp their requirements, and formulate comprehensive financial plans to steer them toward secure and profitable decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit talented prospective advisors and support their licensing process to meet annual targets.
- Provide hands-on training, guide, and supervise advisors to ensure goal achievement.
- Oversee and maintain investment persistence from advisor teams to secure overall team profitability.
- Manage agency operations including staff and business strategies to maintain client relationships effectively.
Opportunities
- Potential promotion after achieving 100% of the Goal Sheet within 6 to 12 months.
- Chance to advance to Branch Manager position after 12 months.
