Job Overview

The Associate Operations role focuses on enhancing and supporting the performance of partner shops by effectively delivering training, improving processes continuously, and collaborating closely with Operations and Quality Assurance teams. The position emphasizes identifying training deficits, conducting training sessions, tracking shop metrics, and ensuring superior operational standards across all partners.

Primary Responsibilities

• Refine and improve business workflows by spotting operational deficiencies and inefficiencies.
• Focus on immediate improvement needs that significantly influence company performance.
• Oversee and streamline the entire process of launching shops.
• Determine training requirements of partner shops and organize weekly and monthly training programs accordingly.
• Conduct staff training on company rules, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Monitor improvements following training and communicate key insights and recommendations to the Head of Operations.
• Explore new technological tools or solutions to upgrade operational processes.
• Ensure that all technical equipment used by partners, such as tablets and desktops, operate correctly.
