Job Summary

The Associate Facilities Manager role is centered on overseeing the routine functioning of facilities to sustain a remarkable 99.9% operational uptime across all Curefit locations. Responsibilities include prompt resolution of facility-related issues, establishment of effective protocols, and managing vendor relationships to ensure continual service delivery. An additional focus is maintaining cost discipline by adhering to budgets and launching measures to reduce expenses wherever feasible.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility management operations for all Cult and FF formats, guaranteeing swift and effective support that maintains 99.9% uptime.
• Ensure all facility-related tickets raised through various systems—by center operations, audits, or quality teams—are addressed and closed promptly.
• Deploy and refine systems and processes on-site to consistently achieve 99.9% uptime within predefined budgetary limits.
• Execute all support functions economically, working to attain annual savings compared to budgeted expenditures and initiating cost-saving strategies.
• Supervise vendor relationships jointly with assigned SPOCs to assure uninterrupted service; develop backup options for key vendors to manage unforeseen incidents.
• Identify and evaluate vendors capable of conducting routine maintenance across centers effectively.
• Conduct specific equipment and machinery testing in collaboration with AMC providers to safeguard business continuity and undertake preventive maintenance.
• Manage planning and oversee the timely execution of all refurbishment and facelift projects.
