About the Role

Join PwC New Zealand's Customer Transformation team in Auckland as an experienced Associate Director. In this leadership role, you will leverage your expertise in technology delivery to drive client transformation initiatives, specifically focusing on Salesforce and nCino platforms. You will guide teams through complex project delivery, bridge strategy with technology, and promote innovation and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile and Skills

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar fields.
  • At least eight years of experience in technology delivery, emphasizing Salesforce and nCino platforms.
  • Strong leadership background managing build, DevOps, and QA functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior business and technical stakeholders effectively.
