About the Role
Join PwC New Zealand's Customer Transformation team in Auckland as an experienced Associate Director. In this leadership role, you will leverage your expertise in technology delivery to drive client transformation initiatives, specifically focusing on Salesforce and nCino platforms. You will guide teams through complex project delivery, bridge strategy with technology, and promote innovation and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete delivery lifecycle of Salesforce and nCino solutions, including build, DevOps, and Quality Assurance processes to ensure scalable and high-quality results.
- Manage release procedures, continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines, and environment strategies for efficient and reliable deployments.
- Partner with stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to turn business requirements into architecturally sound solutions aligned with best practices and governance standards.
- Implement and maintain Quality Assurance frameworks, incorporating automated testing to uphold system quality throughout development cycles.
- Monitor system performance, handle issue tracking, and continuously refine delivery methodologies.
- Provide technical mentorship and leadership to diverse teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and ongoing improvement.
- Plan and prioritize project delivery while managing risks and dependencies in a dynamic environment.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar fields.
- At least eight years of experience in technology delivery, emphasizing Salesforce and nCino platforms.
- Strong leadership background managing build, DevOps, and QA functions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior business and technical stakeholders effectively.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and both offshore and onshore delivery models.
- Commercial understanding including budget oversight, forecasting, and contributing to sales efforts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills suited to navigating complex and uncertain environments.
