Role Overview

We are partnering with a respected independent property consultancy seeking an Associate Building Surveyor or Partner to join their established Building Consultancy team located in Milton Keynes. This role serves as a significant career advancement opportunity for a driven MRICS-accredited Building Surveyor aiming to step into leadership and contribute meaningfully to the team's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting building and acquisition surveys across commercial and industrial properties
• Executing technical due diligence assessments
• Managing dilapidations and preparing schedules of condition
• Overseeing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and refurbishment initiatives
• Administering contracts and leading project management efforts
• Preparing specifications, tenders, and providing cost consultancy advice
• Building and nurturing client relationships to secure new business and expand the Building Surveying division

Candidate Profile

• MRICS qualification with substantial commercial and industrial building surveying experience
• Background in consultancy roles
• Demonstrated strong technical expertise in building surveying
• Proven skills in client management and business development
• Experience in mentoring or managing team members
• Clear ambition to advance towards a Partnership role
