Role Overview

We seek an energetic and commercially savvy Assistant / Manager, Sales – Corporate to enhance corporate sales performance across our Singapore properties. This role entails leadership in strategic business development, expansion of key corporate accounts, and optimizing revenue across accommodations, events, and dining services.

As a senior member of the sales team, you will develop account strategies, secure preferred partnerships, and work closely with hotel teams and international stakeholders to surpass segment targets.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement sales plans to establish and maintain preferred hotel statuses with global and regional corporate clients.
Drive transient and group business negotiations to meet and exceed corporate segment revenue goals.
Manage and expand an assigned group of key corporate accounts, maximizing revenue across all streams.
Identify new business prospects and increase share from existing clients proactively.
Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable financial and strategic outcomes aligned with revenue objectives.
Represent the Singapore hotels through client meetings, site visits, industry exhibitions, sales missions, and international business travel as necessary.
Collaborate with hotel teams, business conversion units, event planners, and internal stakeholders to boost conversions and ensure smooth execution.
Work in partnership with global sales divisions and share leads via company sales programs.
Support and implement organization-wide sales campaigns and promotions.
Contribute to developing area sales plans, financial budgets, market analysis, and sales operations plans.
Track account performance, market developments, competitors’ actions, and emerging opportunities.
Capitalize on upselling possibilities and lead revenue enhancement initiatives.
Ensure timely and accurate sales reporting, plans, and activity documentation.
Utilize sales management platforms such as Amadeus Advanced (Delphi.fdc) and SLIM to handle accounts and proposals.
Keep client information current and maintain data accuracy in all sales systems.
Exhibit highest levels of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in representing the brand.
Encourage cross-departmental cooperation and a solution-oriented team environment.
