Role Overview

We seek an energetic and commercially savvy Assistant / Manager, Sales – Corporate to enhance corporate sales performance across our Singapore properties. This role entails leadership in strategic business development, expansion of key corporate accounts, and optimizing revenue across accommodations, events, and dining services.

As a senior member of the sales team, you will develop account strategies, secure preferred partnerships, and work closely with hotel teams and international stakeholders to surpass segment targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement sales plans to establish and maintain preferred hotel statuses with global and regional corporate clients.
  • Drive transient and group business negotiations to meet and exceed corporate segment revenue goals.
  • Manage and expand an assigned group of key corporate accounts, maximizing revenue across all streams.
  • Identify new business prospects and increase share from existing clients proactively.
  • Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable financial and strategic outcomes aligned with revenue objectives.
