Assistant Manager Placement

Role Overview

The Assistant Manager Placement is primarily tasked with securing urban employment opportunities for Anudip Foundation students by identifying major employers. The role involves coordinating pre-placement profiling, aligning student profiles with company needs, and establishing placement partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage major employers for placement opportunities.
• Match students to job requirements and manage pre-placement profiling.
• Meet with company directors and HR heads to discuss manpower needs and secure placement collaborations.
• Coordinate placement procedures and track placed students across branches.
• Drive revenue generation for the organization through successful student placements.
• Maintain all documentation pertaining to pre-and post-placement activities.
• Manage and update the student database regularly.
• Brief students on job openings following client requirements.
• Conduct studies on the job market to stay informed on opportunities.
• Maintain consistent communication with managers and trainers.
• Perform additional organizational duties as required.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any field.
• Minimum two years’ experience in placing students from skilling, training, or educational institutes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills characterized by patience and perseverance.
• Good knowledge of and relationships with corporate entities.
• Passionate about social work and supporting marginalized communities.
• Experience in coordinating student placements and corporate tie-ups.
