  • Administer Microsoft platforms such as Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, identity and access management, endpoint management, and related policies.
  • Provide centralized governance and operational support for distributed IT teams across multiple locations ensuring standardization in processes, monitoring, compliance, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, telecom providers, cloud partners to deliver effective operational support and successful project rollouts.
