HDFC Bank, the leading private sector bank in India, in partnership with NIIT IFBI, has introduced the ACE Banker Program designed to prepare graduates for roles as Customer Care Executives and Customer Experience Executives within Retail Banking. This program encompasses key areas such as branch management operations, customer service, sales, and reporting.
Key Duties
- Oversee branch management operations including teller functions and daily reporting.
- Assist customers at the welcome desk and teller counters with a focus on service integrated with sales.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate banking solutions including accounts, deposits, loans, insurance, and investment products.
- Promote cross-selling and upselling of banking and third-party products like insurance and mutual funds.
- Ensure strict compliance with KYC, AML, and all HDFC Bank regulatory policies.
- Manage the onboarding process for new customers within designated turnaround times.
- Utilize banking software such as FlexCube for transactions and customer data management.
- Achieve business targets across volume and value metrics as specified in the scorecard.
Program Details
This accelerated career training spans 45 days of residential instruction at NIIT affiliated campuses, culminating in certification from NIIT IFBI and direct placement at an HDFC Bank branch contingent on achieving a minimum of 60% in training assessments.
Financial Information
- Program fee: ₹150,000 plus GST (mandatory paid training).
- Stipend of ₹7,500 during the 45-day residential training period.
