Assembly Technician

Job Overview

We are looking for a diligent Assembly Technician to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role involves assembling mechanical and electrical components according to detailed instructions, wiring and cable routing, as well as installing and securing components with hand tools. You will also be responsible for ensuring accurate assembly by reading drawings and following strict procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical parts in line with work instructions.
• Perform wiring and route cables efficiently.
• Use hand tools to install and fasten components securely.
• Interpret assembly drawings and adhere to assembly processes.
• Ensure assembled products fit correctly and meet quality standards.
• Conduct basic testing and inspection of finished products.
• Maintain a clean work environment and comply with safety protocols.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in assembly work is advantageous but freshers are also welcome.
• Understanding of wiring and cable routing techniques.
• Proficiency using hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of quality inspection methods.
